A focus on mental health in the workplace

Inside the Huddle: A Mental Health in the Workplace featured a powerful conversation on mental health in the workplace, including expert insights and real stories of lived experience. We explored topics like, compassion fatigue, burnout, resilience, and personal stress management in hopes for people to learn practical strategies for dealing with them when they arise in the workplace. The event included two panel discussions, along with opportunities for networking and resource sharing before and after the main program.
