Need Funding For Your Mental Health Program?

Kicking The Stigma launched the Action Grant Program to directly support nonprofit organizations doing important work in the mental health sector. Grants will be awarded to specific programs and projects that align with our five key focus areas, as described below.

Organizations may apply for up to $150,000 in support each grant cycle—with select nonprofits permitted to apply for more upon request. If you would like to request additional funding, please contact us before submitting your application.

To be eligible for a Kicking The Stigma Action Grant, applicants must:

  • Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or government equivalent.
  • Offer programs or services in the state of Indiana.
  • Use evidence-based or evidence-informed mental health practices.
  • Provide an itemized budget for the program or project the grant will support.

Applications for fundraising support, administrative expenses, and website or app development are not eligible for this grant. Please review our Action Grant Eligibility Guidelines in its entirety before starting your application.
